Ledaig is a single malt Scotch peated whisky produced on the Isle of Mull at the Tobermory distillery. Recently becoming popular, its smoky flavour profile is a pleasure on the palate. The snoke is the result of using heavily peated malted barley during the distillation process; this paired with 12 years ageing in a sherry butt has created a truly unique, sweet and smokey, expression.
Ledaig is a favourite among peated whisky enthusiasts and is considered to be one of the best peated single malts on the market.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark amber with coppery glow and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Coastal and briny, the nose blends seaweed with peat smoke, softened by creamy white chocolate. Subtle salt and sweetness weave through the aroma, hinting at a sweet-smoky depth.
Palate
Dried fig and black cherries weave with bold peat, delivering a lush, sweet-fruited palate kissed by coastal smoke and a warming, lingering note.
Finish
A maritime, tactile finish where leather entwines with seashell minerality, ending in a creamy, butter-soft fade that lingers on the palate.
