Ledaig is a single malt Scotch peated whisky produced on the Isle of Mull at the Tobermory distillery. Recently becoming popular, its smoky flavour profile is a pleasure on the palate. The snoke is the result of using heavily peated malted barley during the distillation process; this paired with 12 years ageing in a sherry butt has created a truly unique, sweet and smokey, expression.

Ledaig is a favourite among peated whisky enthusiasts and is considered to be one of the best peated single malts on the market.

(Le-Chig) Ledaig is the heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky made at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull. The name means “safe haven” and was the original name used when John Sinclair founded the distillery in 1798, making it one of Scotland’s older surviving distilling sites.
