The aptly named Millstone Single Malt is the brainchild of Patrick Zuidam - where the malted barley for this Dutch Whisky is milled using windmills. Batch #5 has been aged in Oloroso cask wood for an impressive 25 years.

Colour

Deep, sunlit amber with copper-gold glow and dark mahogany edges.

Nose

Aromas of toffee apples and Caramac bars, ribboned with red rope liquorice and a delicate hint of bay leaf.

Palate

Sweet, creamy and fruity like Campino sweets, with sticky liquorice, caramel, green anise and clove-studded oranges.

Finish

An enduring, cool finale where menthol threads mingle with golden syrup, leaving a silky sweetness that lingers, slowly fading with a refined, honeyed glow.
