A 10 year single malt from a family run distillery in Baarle Nassau in the Netherlands who released the first whisky in 2007 after a couple of decades of distilling other spirits.This displays classic Ex-Bourbon cask of vanilla, honey, orange blossom, butterscotch, banana toffee and custard. Much to enjoy here from this award winning distillery who make a really interesting range of whiskies (check out the award winning Rye 100).

Golden amber with honey-gold warmth and a caramel-bronze glow.
Nose
Vanilla and honey dominate, with bright orange blossom lifting the aroma. Butterscotch and banana toffee weave through creamy custard, all carried on a refined ex-Bourbon malt sweetness. Elegant, inviting and warmly perfumed.
Palate
Silky vanilla and honey lead the palate, brightened by orange blossom and a creamy custard note. Banana toffee unfurls into a velvety mid-palate, with subtle oak and gentle spice giving structure. Long, warm finish hints at butterscotch and sun-kissed sweetness.
Finish
Long, creamy finish of vanilla and honey, with banana toffee and custard lingering softly. Orange blossom dissolves into gentle butterscotch, leaving a warm, mouth-coating sweetness and a delicate kiss of oak that endures.
