Colour
Pale gold with sunlit straw accents.
Nose
Soft peat smoke threads through a bouquet of sun-warmed orchard fruit, ripe pear and apple, balanced by creamy vanilla and gentle toffee from the bourbon cask influence. Subtle citrus zest, white pepper and oak lift the malt, leaving a bright, honeyed finish.
Palate
Lightly peated and fruit-forward, it opens with fresh orchard apples and pear, brightened by citrus and a touch of sweetness. Vanilla and creamy toffee from ex-bourbon oak mingle with spice from the STR casks, while a whisper of smoke lingers. Smooth, medium-bodied and balanced, finishing with a crisp lift of citrus and a gentle, enduring warmth.
Finish
A refined, medium-length finale where delicate peat lingers beside vanilla, citrus zest and toasted oak. Subtle spice warms the palate, fading into orchard fruit and a whisper of smoke.
