On the palate, honeyed orchard fruits lead with creamy vanilla from the first-fill bourbon. Ripe apple and pear mingle with subtle toffee, spice, and gentle oak, delivering a smooth, luscious sweetness. The finish is polished and long, with a soft citrus lift and comforting warmth that lingers.

Long, honeyed finish with orchard fruit, vanilla and toasted oak from the first-fill bourbon cask. Subtle caramel sweetness and gentle spice linger, carried by bright citrus zest as the bourbon warmth slowly fades.
