Colour

Palate

Silky, robust, and warming from the 63.8% ABV. Deep raisin and fig mingle with dried apricot and toffee, guided by sherry-soaked oak. Rich notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and a hint of leather unfold, while spices—cinnamon and clove—linger. Velvety texture with a drying, peppery finish that echoes polished oak and tobacco, leaving a lingering, opulent sweetness.

Finish

Sherry-cask richness coats the finish in a long, velvety procession of dark fruit, fig and cocoa, threaded with spice and almond. A warming espresso-tinged afterglow lingers, with subtle leather and resinous oak notes that persist.
