A Single Cask 21 year old Tobermory which is Exclusive to Hard To Find Whisky and part of a series of four bottles which have all been bottled at full cask strength with no chill filtering and 100% natural colour.
Each bottle is individually numbered by way of a genuine Casino Chip that is attached to each bottle.
The Roulette Edition has been finished in an ex-Sherry Cask.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, radiant amber with coppery-bronze highlights and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Creamy mocha and praline lead into nutty oak, peanut brittle and salted fudge. Old-fashioned toffee sits with walnut cake, ginger biscuits and aromatic spices—clove and nutmeg—while sherry-soaked dried fruit threads through, hinting at a warm, autumnal coastal Tobermory.
Palate
Opens like the bottom of a sherry trifle, unveiling sugared almonds, sultana and raisin, honey on brown bread. Mocha joins for depth, while walnut and coffee cake provide nutty sweetness, all wrapped in a creamy sherry glaze that lingers with warmth and refinement.
Finish
Silky and creamy with salted baileys fudge, ginger, praline and marzipan, mingled with winter spices and sherry-soaked fruitcake; a long, rewarding finish that balances the distillery character with sherry wood influence—a coastal Tobermory in autumnal, winter-spiced tones.
