Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2023, this 25-year-old Tobermory was released as part of the Hebridean Series, a collection celebrating the heritage and character of the Isle of Mull. The whisky was initially matured in oak before receiving a finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks, adding richness and depth to the distillery’s naturally robust spirit. The release yielded 5,298 bottles at 48.1% ABV.

Tobermory Distillery, founded in 1798, is one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries and the only distillery on the Isle of Mull. Known for producing a full-bodied Highland style with coastal influence, Tobermory’s unpeated spirit often displays a distinctive balance of malty sweetness, fruit and subtle maritime character that develops beautifully with extended ageing.
