Tobermory The Winter Warmer Unkiltered Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky 8 Year Old

Colour

Warm, deep amber with sunlit mahogany depths and a hint of ruby.

Nose

Opulent nose of dark chocolate cherries, cocoa-dusted raisins and almond biscotti, enriched by Amarone-cask influence with red fruit and plush sweetness. Warm rooibos tea lends gentle spice and a honeyed earthiness, while vanilla and soft oak add a creamy, rounded frame. Rich, inviting and velvety, with wine-kissed depth.

Palate

Dark chocolate cherries and biscotti mingle with a wine-kissed Amarone depth, while rooibos tea warmth lingers. Gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—paints a rounded, mouth-coating palate that glides to a long finish with dried fruit and soft oak.

Finish

Long, warming and silky, the finish delivers dark chocolate cherries interlaced with biscotti and rooibos spice. Amarone-cask depth adds cocoa-dusted fruit and a gentle, lingering warmth that slowly fades to a refined, spice-kissed echo.
