A Single Cask 21 year old Tobermory which is Exclusive to Hard To Find Whisky and part of a series of four bottles which have all been bottled at full cask strength with no chill filtering and 100% natural colour.
Each bottle is individually numbered by way of a genuine Casino Chip that is attached to each bottle.
The Blackjack Edition has been finished in a heavily peated ex-Islay Single Malt Cask.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Smoky toffee, anise and sooty-tar notes mingle with green peppers from a peat-fired barbecue, hints of black seaweed, soy sauce, leather, green herbs and mint humbugs.
Palate
A peppery and sooty peat smoke delivery with lots of green fruit (apple; pear), liquorice, green peppercorns, wasabi, oily and herbal mouthfeel and lingering lime pickle notes.
Finish
A balance between vegetal (green bell peppers; green tomatoes) and fruit (lime & poached pear) with mouthfilling notes of herb infused greek honey, green figs, coastal nuanced lime curd, white pepper and zingy/refreshing peat smoke. More like a Ledaig (heavily peated Tobermory) or Port Charlotte style peated malt. If you love your Islay single malts then this very limited release is going to make you see Tobermory in a differnt light.
