A Single Cask 21 year old Tobermory which is Exclusive to Hard To Find Whisky and part of a series of four bottles which have all been bottled at full cask strength with no chill filtering and 100% natural colour.
Each bottle is individually numbered by way of a genuine Casino Chip that is attached to each bottle.
The Blackjack Edition has been finished in a heavily peated ex-Islay Single Malt Cask.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich sun-warmed amber with coppery highlights and a bronze edge, a natural colour glow shaped by the heavily peated ex-Islay cask.
Nose
Smoky toffee, anise and sooty-tar notes mingle with green peppers from a peat-fired barbecue, hints of black seaweed, soy sauce, leather, green herbs and mint humbugs.
Palate
Peppery, sooty peat drives the palate with green fruit—apple and pear—backed by liquorice and green peppercorns. Wasabi bite, an oily herbal mouthfeel, and a lingering lime pickle finish.
Finish
Vegetal green peppers and green tomatoes fuse with lime and poached pear, while herb-infused Greek honey and green figs linger on the palate. A coastal lime curd and white pepper weave through zingy, refreshing peat smoke, delivering a long finish that feels coastal and bright—more Ledaig/Port Charlotte in character than Tobermory, with a buoyant maritime echo.
