Tasting Notes
Nose
Light and delicate with custard cream biscuits, vanilla ice cream and tropical fruit freshness, lemon icing and cereal notes.
Palate
White chocolate panna cotta with notes of spiced tropical fruit (especially pineapple) custard danish pastries, vanillin oak.
Finish
Buttery shortbread, pineapple chunks, vanilla custard, white chocolate, aromatic spices. A youthful Arran that has all the flavours that we have come to love at 10 years and more, good to try this distillery as it was developing a style of its own and lots going on here for one so young.
