Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with honeyed vanilla, creamy toffee, and zesty citrus. Sherry-cask influence adds dark fruits—raisin and plum—plus almond and a warm spice that deepen the sweetness. A touch of sea-salt lends coastal lift, finishing long with soft oak and chocolatey hints.
