Silky and rounded on the palate, this Highland malt delivers sherry-influenced sweetness—raisins, fig, and orange zest—layered with milk chocolate and vanilla. Subtle spicy notes and toasted oak provide structure, while a gentle, warming finish lingers with fruit and caramelized hints.
Finish
Medium-long finish, warming and refined, with orchard fruit giving way to toasted oak and dried fig, supported by subtle sherry sweetness. Malt and vanilla linger into a gentle, creamy warmth with a final whisper of spice.
