Liquid which was originally from the Tobermory 15 Year Oldrelease, this spirit has spent a further 9 years in Oloroso casks at their Hebridean distillery. The result is an exquisite sherried malt, with delicate citrus notes on the nose entwined with beautiful balanced nutmeg, cinnamon and sweet notes of blackcurrant jam on the palate with a salted caramel and hazelnut finish.

Nose
Delicate citrus notes mingle with caramelised dates, roasted walnuts and rich dark berries, hinting at an Oloroso-sherry depth that invites another sip.
Palate
Nutmeg and cinnamon beautifully balanced with a salty tang. Sweet notes of blackcurrant jam and vanilla with toasted oak and a hint of cocoa.
Finish
Salted caramel and a hint of hazelnut.
