Colour

Dark, burnished amber with mahogany depth and a bronze-gold glow.

Nose

Opulent and refined, the nose opens with dark plum and fig, brightened by orange zest. Sherry–cask maturation adds caramel, toffee, and almond paste, mingling with honeyed vanilla and spice—clove and nutmeg. Subtle oak and leather emerge alongside a whisper of smoke, weaving depth and old‑cask maturity into a luxurious, inviting aroma.

Palate

Sherry-tinged and opulent, the palate offers dark raisin and fig bound with cocoa and toasted almond. Rich fruit caramel notes mingle with orange zest, cinnamon and clove, afloat on a velvet, full-bodied texture. Oak spice grows mid-sip, finishing long with warm subtleties of dried fruit, tea, and a whisper of resin.

Finish

Long, opulent finish with decadent sherry sweetness giving way to toasted almond, fig and raisin, then a warming echo of cocoa, orange zest and spice that lingers and slowly fades.
