Master Distiller, Robert Fleming, created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks, which are then married & finished in hand selected Amarone wine barrels sourced from Italy.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with a coppery glow and subtle ruby-tinged edges, hinting at a wine-kissed richness.
Nose
An inviting bouquet of cherry crumble and sultanas, lifted by baking spices, with whispers of oatmeal flapjacks and cocoa.
Palate
Layers of summer fruit pudding, raspberry coulis, ginger biscuits and salted caramel with creamy panna cotta and cedar spices.
Finish
Warming notes of honey and raisin porridge mingle with pink peppercorn and chocolate cherry liqueurs, lingering warmly on the tongue.
