Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden-amber with warm copper undertones and a subtle ruby glow at the edge.
Nose
A fragrant bouquet of summer berries and red grapes, woven with filo pastry and baking spices, lifted by a whisper of salted caramel.
Palate
Sweet baked strawberry and glace cherries unfold with blackcurrant liquorice, woven with earthy oat flapjacks, and given edge by tobacco and oak spice, finishing with a warm, nuanced balance.
Finish
Warming clove and wood spices mingle with bramble, vanilla pod and ginger biscuits, leaving a softly spiced finish.
