Colour

Nose

Sherry-drenched aroma of dark raisin, fig and date compote, tinted with toasted almond, orange zest and rich caramel. Subtle vanilla and warm spice weave through creamy malt, while polished oak adds nutty depth; a resinous, cinnamon-kissed sweetness lingers with a refined, luxurious finish.

Palate

Opulent and velvety on the palate, this Tomintoul exhibits sherry richness from a single Oloroso cask. Dried fig, raisin and orange peel fuse with dark chocolate, toasted almond and spice, all wrapped in a full-bodied, creamy texture. A long, warming finish lingers, powered by 50.7% ABV.

An exceptionally long, luxurious finish that coats the palate with ripe fig and raisin sweetness, bittersweet cocoa, and toasted almond. Oloroso depth lingers with warm spice, clove and cinnamon, and a velvet oak caress, yielding a sophisticated, honeyed dryness that slowly fades to a whisper of leather and coffee.
