This Tomintoul single malt scotch whisky is a testament to master distiller Robert Fleming whose family has been making whisky in the Speyside-Glenlivet region for four generations.
The single malt was distilled in 2006 and matured initially in ex-bourbon American Oak Casks. The Single Malt in these casks have been expertly married then finished in the finest port pipe casks sourced from Portugal. The Port Pipe cask perfectly complement Tomintoul Single Malt imparting rich fruit flavours, which enhance the character and complexity of the whisky.

Colour
Deep copper-amber with a warm honey-gold glow and a subtle ruby edge.
Nose
Maraschino cherries and cooked fruits mingle with tonka bean, flaked chocolate and cedar spices.
Palate
Silky and sweet, this palate unfolds cherry liqueur chocolates, rhubarb crumble and ginger biscuits bound with baking spices. Rich fruit sweetness from the port finish lingers, weaving warmth and depth into a long, chocolate-tinged finish with a refined spice glow.
Finish
Warming notes of dark chocolate, sultanas and mocha fading into a clove and cinnamon glow.
