Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit gold, from pale straw to honeyed amber, with a warm, sun-kissed glow.
Nose
Soft, inviting nose of orchard fruit and vanilla, lifted by a honeyed caramel depth from bourbon casks. Subtle malt sweetness breathes beneath gentle oak, yielding a refined, layered aroma that hints at warmth and balance.
Palate
Silky and well balanced, the palate opens with orchard fruit, vanilla and soft malt, carried by gentle bourbon oak. Honeyed depth coats the tongue, with citrus brightness and a whisper of spice weaving through the layers. Creamy texture with refined sweetness leads to a warm, lingering finish that reveals the trio’s evolving elegance.
Finish
Long, honeyed and softly spicy, with vanilla and creamy oak lingering on the finish. Faint orchard fruit and malt emerge mid-palate, fading to a velvety sweetness and a warm, lasting echo.
