Colour
Deep amber with mahogany undertones and copper-bronze highlights, finished with walnut-brown edges.
Nose
Sherry sweetness blankets the nose with dark fig, prunes and orange zest, while toasted almond and cocoa nibs provide depth. A whisper of sea-salt and maritime air keeps it anchored, joined by vanilla, incense and a hint of leather from aged wood. Rich, elegant, and inviting.
Palate
Sherried depth coats the palate with raisin, fig and orange zest, opening to dark chocolate, toasted almond and a ribbon of spice. The 52% strength lends a warm, velvety heft, finishing long with treacle, cocoa and a faint whisper of coffee.

A long, sherry-kissed finish that coats the palate with raisin and fig, hints of dark chocolate and orange zest, then reveals toasted nut and spice as the warmth lingers into oak-kissed dryness.
