Single Cask Whisky is unique in that it is a snapshot of the distillery on one day of production and the type of cask it has been matured in. Depending on age and cask type, anything between 150 – 700 expressions are bottled, making each batch unique and highly covetable, as once they are gone, they are gone. This is a candy sweet Hogshead with the chalkiness of Edinburgh rock confectionary.

Bright pale gold with a warm honey-amber rim.
Nose
Candy-sweet, peppermint-chalk aroma with Edinburgh rock’s chalky core. Vanilla and toffee weave with dried fruit and honeyed oak, delivering a polished, old-world confection that hints at sherry-led sweetness and the gentle spice of age.
Palate
Candy-sweet and chalky, Edinburgh rock on the tongue. Honeyed vanilla, toffee and dried orchard fruits mingle with subtle sherry spice, finishing with a clean, slightly dry, lingering note.
Finish
An extended, candy-sweet finish that clings with the chalky bite of Edinburgh rock. Sugary notes fade slowly, leaving a faint mineral impression and soft oak spice, with warmth lingering on the tongue.
