Palate
Silky and light, with a creamy mouthfeel that glides across the palate. Rhubarb takes center stage, tart and bright, folded into almond and hazelnut crumble notes. A whisper of vanilla and soft coastal salt lends polish, while gentle sweetness threads through. The finish is long and refined, leaving a delicate rhubarb-cream echo with nutty nuance.
