This 21-year-old Bunnahabhain from Decadent Drinks’ Old Islay Island Hopping series showcases the distillery’s coastal character shaped by full sherry maturation. Distilled in 2004 and matured in first-fill sherry hogsheads, it balances earthy, drier sherry richness with Bunnahabhain’s signature maritime salinity and robustness.
Bottled at natural strength, the whisky delivers layers of dark fruit, nutty sweetness, savoury oak and gentle coastal depth. A confident and characterful Islay single malt, produced in a limited outturn of just 296 bottles.
