Demerara sugar and cinnamon coated almonds develops into more resinous maple syrup and caramel notes. The flavour is mouth-wateringly sweet. There is an abundance of apple, toffee and caramel flavours. Rich Normandy cider, caramel sauce bountifully applied to bramley apples and rich maple leaf candy all occur on the palate.
