Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany glow at the rim.

Nose

Light cereal wrapped in coffee and cacao sherry aromas, with touches of molasses, raisins and figs, and a subtle edge of pipe tobacco.

Palate

Rich sherry at the core, with walnut and hazelnut textures and a subtle peppery lift. The mid-palate reveals cacao, prune and fig, finishing dry and bittersweet with lingering oak-driven warmth.

Finish

Light pepper threads through the finish, yielding a slightly dry, bittersweet finale where cacao, prune and fig linger with quiet gravity.
