Colour
Rich amber-gold with a warm copper glow and a subtle mahogany edge.
Nose
Light salt and sea-spray mingle with pepper and yeast, lending a maritime bite. Sweet raisins emerge beneath, with a caramel warmth threading through the aroma.
Palate
Sweet and salty on the palate, dark fruit notes of dried plums with warming spices—cinnamon and white pepper—coating the mouth in a thick, oily, luxurious texture.
Finish
Medium-long finish, saline and persistent. Sea-salt lingers, fading to a clean, lightly sweet echo with a delicate mineral bite.
