Nose

Light salty notes. A little sea. Pepper. Yeast. Later, you can find sweet raisins underneath. Caramel to follow.

Palate

Sweet and salty. Dark fruit, dried plums, spices, cinnamon and white pepper. Pretty thick and oily.

Finish

Medium-long finish. Salt.
