Colour
Deep amber with burnished copper highlights.
Nose
An invigorating floral welcome rises from the glass, with jasmine, geranium and hyacinth in bloom against green, fresh notes. A bright rush of apple juice, elderflower and grape juice follows, lending orchard brightness and a pristine Speyside perfume that promises elegance to come.
Palate
Light and citric, the palate opens with lemon meringue, apricot and mango finished with a squeeze of lime. It leans wine-like, with green grape and fresh pear juice guiding the sweetness, and a delicate thread of lavender lingering.
Finish
A tart sherbet note with gooseberry fool lingers, leaving a bright, mouth-watering finish that invites another sip.
