Tasting Notes
Nose
Upon the first approach this Speysider has an invigoratingly floral nose with a bouquet of Jasmine, Geranium and Hyacinths. The green, fresh notes continue with a burst of sweet apple juice, elderflower and grape juice.
Palate
Light and citric with lemon meringue pie, apricot and mangoes drizzled with freshly squeezed lime juice. It is almost wine like with green grape, fresh pear juice and hints of lavender.
Finish
A slightly tart note of sherbet and gooseberry fool kept the tasting panel salivating.
