Tasting Notes:

This mid-gold coloured whisky has a fresh nose, opening on the notes of orange blossom, lemon and honey. Beeswax, more soft floral notes and a beautifully sweet malted barley note converge on the palate, leading into a long fruity finish.

Linkwood
(LINK-wood) Linkwood was founded in 1821 by Peter Brown on the Linkwood Estate near Elgin, with production beginning in 1825. His son William Brown rebuilt the distillery in 1874, and the Brown family remained involved until the Linkwood-Glenlivet Distillery Company was formed at the end of the 19th century. Scottish Malt Distillers took control in the early 1930s, bringing Linkwood into what later became Diageo.
