First matured in ex Bourbon casks before moving to the STR ex-red wine casks, Filey Bay STR Finish Batch #3 is light, floral and fruity with flavours of red fruits, vanilla ice cream and toasted oak.

Bright red berries—strawberry, raspberry and cherry—with delicate florals. Vanilla ice cream and a hint of toasted oak frame the aroma, reflecting the STR red-wine cask finish.

Light and silky on the palate, red fruit notes mingle with vanilla ice cream, while toasted oak provides a subtle, warming backbone. Creamy and approachable, it finishes with gentle spice and a clean, fruity glow.
