Distilled in 2018, this single malt from Yorkshire distiller Filey Bay was drawn from a single refill Oloroso sherry hogshead. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 59.2% ABV and natural in colour, only 306 bottles were produced from this outrun.
Expect notes of candied and fruity with flavours of stone fruits, iced buns, cocoa, bakalava and blackcurrants.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, natural amber with coppery-gold hues and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent and fruit-forward, the nose floods with candied fruit and ripe stone fruits, entwined with iced buns and cocoa. Hints of baklava spice and blackcurrants weave through a warm, sherry-driven sweetness, with a subtle nutty undertone from the Oloroso cask.
Palate
Opulent, full-bodied, this palate opens with candied stone fruits and apricots, then iced-bun sweetness coats the tongue. Rich cocoa, baklava spice, and toasted nut provide depth, while blackcurrant adds a tart lift. At cask strength it remains warmly intense, finishing long, silky and richly sherried.
Finish
Long, richly sherried finish where dark cocoa, almond and Baklava spice fuse with candied stone fruits and blackcurrants. The warmth lingers, a syrupy sweetness giving way to elegant oaken spice and a refined, lingering fade.
