Palate
Silky on the palate, this Filey Bay delivers vanilla cream, orchard fruits and a touch of honey. Subtle coastal brine and lemon zest lift the sweetness, while gentle spice and soft oak carry through to a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
A long, maritime finish that lingers with caramel vanilla, soft malt and honeyed sweetness, fading into toasted oak with a whisper of sea salt and subtle spice.
