The One Whisky Collection is a showcase of The Lakes whiskymaker's maturation expertise. Each singular release has been finished in the finest oak casks, adding a new dimension to the flaour profile and demonstrating the influence oak and cask seasoning has on whisky's flavour-elevation.
Colheita (Col-yate-a) means "harvest. Refering to the exclusive use of grapes from a single crop to create a vintage port. This singular blend of select grain and malt whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay with The Lakes Single Malt at its heart. It is then finished in rare Colherita casks to create a right and warming expression.

Colour
Rich, sunlit amber with copper-gold sheen and subtle mahogany undertones.
Nose
Peach cobbler and fresh apricots rise on the nose, with a delicate whiff of autumnal smoke—warm, fruit-forward and inviting.
Palate
Ripe plums meld with vanilla custard, while warming cinnamon threads through the mid-palate; a velvet, indulgent sweetness sparkling with subtle oak spice, finishing with comforting depth.
Finish
Long, velvety finish coats the palate with ripe plum and vanilla, brightened by cinnamon warmth. Oak imparts a refined, port-inspired sweetness that slowly fades to a honeyed glow with a whisper of smoke. Rich and comforting to the last, it lingers as a warm fruit-and-spice sigh.
