This English Single Malt from The Lakes has been matured in a combination of Oloroso, Palo Cortado, Fino and Manzanilla Sherry casks before being bottled in late 2021. Tasting notes include oak and incense, toasted rye bread, treacle and a hint of spice.
The artwork has been created by Song Kang, a Korean-American illustrator renowned worldwide for her infinitely intricate environments. Chosen specifically for her style, these incredibly woven illustrations were ideal for Infinity's complex and mysterious whisky character.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Oak and incense rise from the glass, layered with toasted rye bread and treacle. A delicate undercurrent of spice lingers, while sherry-cask influence—Oloroso, Palo Cortado, Fino and Manzanilla—hints at dried fruit and warm resin, creating a complex, inviting nose.
