Inspired by the interconnectivity of flavours and aromas; where they come from and where they lead to. Created for intelligent drinkers who are curious and well versed to understand the complexity and where all aspects of the sensory experience may derive from.
This English Single Malt from The Lakes has been matured in a combination of Oloroso, Palo Cortado, Fino and Manzanilla Sherry casks before being bottled in late 2021. Tasting notes include oak and incense, toasted rye bread, treacle and a hint of spice.
The artwork has been created by Song Kang, a Korean-American illustrator renowned worldwide for her infinitely intricate environments. Chosen specifically for her style, these incredibly woven illustrations were ideal for Infinity's complex and mysterious whisky character.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep coppery-amber with burnished gold highlights.
Nose
Oak and incense rise from the glass, layered with toasted rye bread and treacle. A delicate undercurrent of spice lingers, while sherry-cask influence—Oloroso, Palo Cortado, Fino and Manzanilla—hints at dried fruit and warm resin, creating a complex, inviting nose.
Palate
Opulent and layered on the palate, with oak and incense anchoring treacle sweetness and toasted rye bread. Sherry-influenced notes emerge as dark fruit and a gentle spice, finishing long, warm, and evolving.
Finish
Long, elegant finish where oak and incense endure, giving way to treacle and a delicate spice, with a final whisper of toasted rye bread and a sherried warmth that lingers.
