An opulent, spice-forward bouquet of cinnamon and clove with cardamom unfurling over dried orange zest, fig and raisin. Sherry casks lend toasted almond, vanilla and toffee, while Oloroso and PX add depth and a whisper of red-wine polish. Rich oak and a warm balsamic lift weave through the aromas, transporting you to a Moorish bazaar with bold, fragrant charm.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, the palate reveals exotic spice, luscious dried fruits and toffee, with PX sweetness and Oloroso depth. Velvet tannins from red wine casks mingle with oak, delivering fig, raisin, cinnamon and cocoa. A luxurious, aromatic warmth lingers, finishing long and spice-kissed, like wandering through Moorish bazaars.
Finish
Long, elegant finish of warm spice—cinnamon and clove—woven with dried fig and raisin, a note of orange zest and cocoa from the sherry-led cask aging. Rich oak lingers, tapering to a refined Moorish-spiced glow that coats the palate and invites the next sip.
