Colour

Deep burnished amber with coppery-bronze sheen and mahogany undertones.

Nose

A dense plume of peat smoke and sea spray, with iodine and ash mingling in the air. Sherry-rich dark fruit—fig, raisin, plum—emerges with cocoa, leather and spice, all wrapped in warm resin and treacle.

Palate

Powerful yet refined, the palate delivers an oily, full-bodied experience: dense peat smoke entwined with maritime salt and sherry-soaked sweetness. Dried fig, date and dark chocolate unfold with orange zest and espresso bitterness. Leather, tobacco and spice—pink pepper, clove—accent the mid-palate. The finish is long, resinous and warming, with ash, brine and lingering coastal smoke.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with enveloping smoke and iodine, tempered by rich sherry sweetness. Dark fruit, cocoa and espresso notes weave with the peat, leaving a warming, spicy, oaken glow that lingers as a persistent ember.
