Delicate, perfumed nose of lemon zest and green apple, lace-draped with creamy vanilla and soft malt. Subtle floral lift and toasted oak form a quiet backbone, while gentle sherry notes bring dried fruit, almond and a whisper of cocoa to a warm, inviting bouquet.
Palate
Silky on the palate, honeyed sweetness with pear and lemon zest, lifted by sherry depth. Vanilla and toffee mingle with almond and gentle spice, while cocoa adds depth. Subtle oak frames the fruit, delivering balanced warmth.
Finish
Silky, lingering finish with orchard fruit and citrus zest, lifted by sherry sweetness and toasted oak. Gentle spice folds in as the warmth subsides, leaving a refined malt‑driven glow that slowly fades to a crisp, fragrant dryness.
