Massive peat smoke blankets the palate, threaded with iodine and sea-salt, wrapped in a waxy, oily texture. Sherried dark fruit, cacao and espresso emerge, balanced by bold cask-strength warmth. The finish is long and warming, with peat, pepper and a final hint of sweetness.
