Palate

Powerful, velvety and intensely smoky, this Islay beauty coats the palate with peat, brine and old leather. Sherry-cask maturation threads in dark raisin, fig and cocoa, while warm spice and roasted oak yield a full-bodied, lingering finish of charcoal and smoke.

Finish

Long, peat-kissed finish with briny sea air and ash, fading into rich dried fruit, cocoa and subtle spice, with a delicate sherry sweetness lingering behind the smoke.
