Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery-bronze highlights and a whisper of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Elegant and opulent, with orange zest, dried apricot and fig upfront, over sherry-soaked oak. Honeyed vanilla, almond paste and cocoa weave with toasted spice and a hint of leather, finishing in warm, waxy polish.
Palate
Silky and voluptuous on the palate, with a waxy, full-bodied mouthfeel. Dried fig and raisin sweetness mingle with orange zest, vanilla, and almond notes, touched by dark chocolate. Cinnamon and clove spice threads through the mid-palate, supported by polished oak and a warm, lingering finish of refined sherried fruit.
Finish
Long, velvet finish: sherry-softened fruit lingers—fig, date and raisin—interwoven with dark chocolate, toasted almond and a whisper of orange zest. Gentle spice blooms—clove and cinnamon—before fading to warm, oak-led reverie.
