Tasting Notes

Nose

Delicate honeyed aromas of orchard fruit and soft malt, underscored by a whisper of sherry—raisins, fig and toasted almond. Vanilla and light cocoa swirl with oak, yielding a refined, malt-forward sweetness. Subtle, elegant, and inviting—a quiet perfume of aged wood and barley.

Palate

Delicate, slightly creamy on the palate, with a soft malt sweetness and a waxy, silky mouthfeel. Orchard fruits—green apple and pear—unfold, lifted by citrus zest and vanilla. Sherry-cask richness adds dried fig, raisin, almond, and a hint of cocoa, all wrapped in light oak spice. A gentle warmth lingers, stylish and refined.
