Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich, sherry-kissed nose with dried figs and apricots, orange zest and candied peel. Notes of toffee, cocoa and toasted almond from oak mingle with vanilla and spice, while a refined nutty sweetness lingers. A whisper of leather and polished wood adds elegance to the long, contemplative aroma.

Palate

Silky and substantial on the palate, this Ladyburn unfolds with lush sherry sweetness—ripe dried plum, fig and raisin—paired with almond paste, candied orange and a cocoa nuance. Velvety oak and gentle spice weave through a warm, full-bodied mouthfeel, accented by vanilla caramel. The finish is long and refined, with integrated tannin and a final sigh of leather and chocolate.
