Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft, honeyed barley unfolds with citrus zest and a delicate malt sweetness. Sherry cask influence brings dried fig and raisin, plus toffee and almond. A gentle vanilla lift, along with a trace of spice and oak, completes a refined, sun-warmed Lowlands aroma.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, this palate opens with creamy vanilla and honeyed citrus. Sherry-cask nuances bring fig and raisin, balanced by almond, toffee and a whisper of cocoa. Subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—drifts through polished oak, adding warmth and structure. The finish lingers with toffee sweetness, orange zest and a refined, nutty softness.
