Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-gold with rich amber notes and a warm mahogany edge, glowing with a sunlit, honeyed brilliance.
Nose
Opulent sherry-driven nose with dark fruit richness—raisin, fig and date—lifted by orange zest, toffee and vanilla. Cinnamon and nutmeg mingle with cocoa and toasted almond, all resting on polished oak to yield a refined, velvety invitation.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with dried fig and raisin, bright orange zest, and mocha notes. Sherry cask depth envelops caramel and dark chocolate, while spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, clove—adds warmth. Velvet vanilla and toasted oak frame the finish, which lingers with fruit, spice and a refined, elegant oak echo.
Finish
Silky, long and luxurious, the finish unfurls with sherried sweetness—fig and raisin, dark chocolate and caramel—then a warm cascade of spice: clove, cinnamon, nutmeg. Oak and a hint of leather linger, slowly fading into a refined, enduring glow.
