Colour

Coastal peat and gentle smoke frame a cascade of orchard fruit—apple and pear—lifted by sherry sweetness. Dried fig and raisin, toffee and cocoa weave through vanilla-soft oak, with a subtle saline breeze and faint almond spice rounding the aroma.

Palate

Silky peat smoke unfurls with maritime brine and cocoa-dusted sweetness. Rich sherry notes cloak fig, date and dark chocolate, while toffee and a hint of orange zest brighten the mid-palate. The whisky feels full-bodied and oily, with peppery spice and a saline lift that carries to a lingering, warming finish.

Finish

Long and warming, the finish carries gentle peat smoke threaded with oak and a whisper of sherry sweetness, revealing dark fruit and spice as the flavors slowly fade into a refined, lingering dryness.
