Tasting Notes
Colour
Dense amber-gold with mahogany depth and coppery highlights, a rich sherry-kissed glow.
Nose
Citrus notes mingle with vanilla cheesecake, rhubarb and custard sweets, lifted by a delicate veil of peat smoke.
Palate
Freshly baked Bramley apple pie, with silky salted caramel notes, and a peat that is generous but impeccably integrated across the palate. A fresh coastal breeze lends a salty, sea-sprayed tang, keeping the sweetness lively and balanced.
Finish
A long, creamy finish where toasted oak and pencil shavings give way to a lasting, sweet, fruity peat smoke.
