Colour

Palate

Bold, full-bodied with peaty warmth and coastal brine, tempered by rich sherry. Dried plum and fig mingle with dark chocolate, toffee and vanilla from the cask. Cinnamon and clove spice emerge, leaving a warming, oak-driven finish with leather and a touch of ash.

Finish

Long, warming finish with sherry-cask richness lingering as dried fruit, fig, almond and cocoa unfold. Orange zest and toasted oak add bright spice, while a whisper of peat smoke threads through, tapering to a refined, resinous timber fade.
