Nose

Coastal peat and iodine surge, sea-salt brightness mingling with lemon zest and vanilla. Sherry-cask warmth brings dark fruit, raisin and cocoa, with a touch of almond and spice. A resinous, coastal smoke lingers, electric and fearless at this high ABV.

Palate

Fiery peat and sea-salt smoke open the palate, with bright citrus oils and malty sweetness riding a bold, cask-strength backbone. Sherry-cask influence yields dark fruit—raisin and fig—alongside cocoa and warm spice. The finish is long and drying, peppery with charred oak and a marine tang lingering.

Finish

Long, warming finish dominated by peat smoke and maritime brine, slowly yielding dark sherry-soaked fruits, cocoa and orange peel. Spicy pepper and ash fade into a lingering, ember-soft sweetness that coats the tongue.
