Bold peat smoke mingles with sea spray and a hint of iodine, delivering an unmistakable Islay assertiveness. Sun-warmed malt and vanilla emerge beneath, while the sherry cask bestows dried fig and raisin, plus a subtle almond finish that adds elegance to the buoyant aroma.

Palate

Intense, oily palate with coastal peat smoke and brine. Bright lemon zest and green apple swirl with vanilla sweetness, while toffee and a touch of cocoa linger. At 60.3% ABV the heat tightens the mouth, delivering peppery spice and honeyed oak, with subtle sherry fruit notes emerging. Long, drying finish of peat, ash, and saline minerals.

Finish

Long, maritime and peaty, the finish coats the palate with sea-salt, iodine and charred barley, then reveals sherry-influenced dark fruit, cocoa and warming spice. It stays dry and smoky, with a peppery, lingering ember that fades to a soft coastal glow.
