Palate

Powerful peat and coastal brine envelop the palate, tempered by sun-warmed citrus zest. At cask-strength, peppery spice and vanilla thread through sherry-dark fruit—raisin, fig—alongside cocoa and toasted oak. A full, waxy mouthfeel carries a lingering, smoky sweetness that coats the tongue with warming stamina.

Finish

Long, warming finish of coastal peat and sherry-softened sweetness, with dried fig and cocoa notes; vanilla and oak spice unfold slowly as the smoke lingers, finishing with a peppery, resinous tang and a hint of coastal brine.
